What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (or email us), we collect what you give us: your name, contact details, building details, your message and any files you attach. We collect it for one purpose — responding to your enquiry and progressing EV charging for your building.
Where it goes
Our enquiry forms are provided by Tally (a form service) and responses land in a spreadsheet our team triages; emails come straight to our inbox. As we grow, enquiries move into our own customer relationship management (CRM) system on Australian-region infrastructure — your enquiry history moves with them. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Emails we send
If you register interest, we send relevant updates about charging in your building — nothing else. We don't send marketing sequences, and every update tells you how to opt out.
Website analytics
We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics on this website (page views and campaign codes) to understand which buildings and campaigns are generating interest. Analytics data stays separate from your enquiry record: we measure pages, not people.
Access and deletion
Want to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email hello@plug-together.com and we'll action it. Deletion requests are honoured with a full purge from our CRM, subject to anything we're legally required to keep.
Payments
If you ever pay an invoice from us online, payment happens on our payment provider's secure hosted checkout. Card details never touch this website or our systems.
